2009 National Titles

The 2009 Mosquito National Titles were held at the Wallaroo Sailing Club on the Yorke Peninsula  in South Australia.  The weather was perfect with the string of light wind National titles broken with great wind.  Up all eight races were held and the racing was close in both the Mark I and Mark II divisions.

The most remarkable result must go Peter Hallsworth and Hubert Tucker on The Ancient Mariner.  They were the oldest crew and sailing a 17 year old set of hulls yet managed a win in the last race on Friday morning.

The overall champions are the same as last year with Bob Wilson taking out the Mark I title and Warwick Kemp and Emily Finck the Mark II.
